Hello my name is Norma Garcia. I was born in Daly City, CA. Moved to Sacramento when I was 14. I feel very blessed to say I have 3 beautiful kids. I’ve been in the beauty business since 2003. I love doing hair and permanent make up it allows me to get super creative and express my mind through art. I opened Sassy Shears In 2017. I have recently expanded and added a wonderful team of ladies that have caring hearts and passion in their sleeves.
Hello my name is Cristina Ortega. I’ve been a make up artist for over 5 years and finally got my professional certificate. I recently enrolled in cosmetology school and I’m interning with Norma. I’m finally living my dream. The beauty world is what I’m so passionate about and I enjoy doing it.
